Welcome
Welcome to Radiant Soul. A creative, brave, fun, and inclusive space that aims to support all of us in our exploration of physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. This space is for everyone.
I will be offering wellbeing guidance drawn from the 8 limbs of yoga and yoga philosophy, specifically practicing asana (mindful movement), manta and mudrā, Pranayama (breathe) and Dhyana (meditation). I will also draw on social emotional learning research to inform experiences and offerings.
I share inclusive and trauma-informed wellness, yoga, and social-emotional learning practices, programs, and professional development opportunities that seek to enhance well-being of all members of my community.
I invite you to join, deepen your learning and awareness, set a vision and intention for your wellbeing, find community, and radiate your light.
I want to acknowledge and embrace the roots of the sacred tradition of yoga, and all the yogis, from India, from Shiva to Patanjali, down through time and space, who have practiced and taught so that we can benefit here today.
I also want to acknowledge and recognize that Commerce City, where my work is based, is on the unceded territories of the Očhéthi Šakówiŋ (Lakota), Núu-agha-tʉvʉ-pʉ̱ (Ute), Tséstho’e (Cheyenne), hinono’eino’ biito’owu’ (Arapaho).
I also want to honor and acknowledge Breathe for Change and Susanna Barkataki.

About Me
Hi I’m Jen. I’m a Colorado native and have been leading and supporting youth-focused non-profit organizations for over 15 years. I have served youth and adults in many different roles throughout my career: ranging from case management to after-school and summer program manager; from Technical Assistant to Partner Success Lead. I now support adults and organizations with professional development and coaching related to Social Emotional Character Development, Summer Learning, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion as a consultant and coach. I hold an M.S. in Nonprofit Management and Leadership from Walden University and a B.A. in Family Relations from Oklahoma Baptist University.
Most recently I’ve found myself passionate about supporting youth and adults with their wellbeing journey. As a Breathe For Change 200-hour Certified Yoga Teacher & Social-Emotional Learning Facilitator, I’m excited to share inclusive and trauma-informed wellness, yoga, and social-emotional learning practices, programs, and professional development opportunities that seek to enhance the well-being of all members of my community. I am bringing these experiences to life through Radiant Soul, LLC.
I’m a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
